Land Ark Homes named Ontario's best!
The Ontario New Home Warranty Program (ONHWP) today announced the recipients of its 2002 Ernest Assaly Ontario Builder of the Year awards and Ottawa's Land Ark Homes was named 2002 Large Volume Builder of the Year.
Presented annually to recognize the province’s top builders for after sales service and construction excellence, winners were revealed at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) conference today in Huntsville.
Gregory Gee, ONHWP’s President and Chief Executive Officer described this year’s winners. "The three builders selected have every element of customer service and new home building down to a fine art and the Warranty Program is proud to be associated with them."
"The Ernest Assaly Awards are recognized across the province by both builders and new home buyers as a sign of quality," says Land Ark President Stephen Rolston. "We can’t wait to share this with our team of employees, consultants and trade partners—all of whom are dedicated to quality, service, innovation and efficiency."
Established in 1990, the Builder of the Year awards are named after ONHWP’s first Chair, and prominent Ottawa builder, the late Ernest W. Assaly. All builders competing for an award are subject to detailed site inspections, interviews with municipal building officials and random homeowner surveys.
